How to confirm recorded videos

[Web Manager > Manage Videos > Video List]

How to send individual messages

<aside> ℹ️ When a claim occurs, quickly find a packing video to send via mobile message.

Must complete the following step(s) before sending packing videos to customers **1. Setting the View page shown to customers. ‣

2. Caller ID must authenticated and registered before sending text messages. (Korea Only) ‣**

Location : Web Manager > Manage Videos > Video List

1. Search the video by date, worker ID, tracking number, or other search formats.

2. Click [Play] button of desired video to open preview page.

3. Choose send type

   1. SMS → Enter the customer’s (person who will receive the message) phone number.
   2. E-mail → Enter the customer’s (person who will receive the e-mail) e-mail address.

4. Click [Send View page] to send an individual message.

   

How to send bulk messages

Location : Web Manager > Manage Bulk SMS > Bulk Send View Page

1. Search the video by date, vendor name, tracking number, or other search formats.
2. Click
   1. [Send selection] button to send selected videos.
   2. [Send search results] button to send all of the searched videos.
3. Click the [Send] button to send bulk messages after checking all the information on the message option pop-up.
