Manage Caller ID
- Location : Web Manager > Settings > Manage Caller ID
- Register and manage Caller ID

- The caller ID must be registered to send text messages.
- According to Article 84 of the Telecommunications Industry Act, from October 16, 2015, text messages can only be sent to pre-registered calling ID.
- Please select the authentication method according to the type of phone number and complete the registration.
1. Mobile phone authentication
Enter the authentication number you received via text message.

2. Document authentication [ If mobile phone authentication is not possible ]
Enter caller ID and attach necessary files
- Document attachment :
- Proof of a carrier subscription
- Business registration certificate
- Certificate of employment (person in charge for the account)
- How to issue :
- [Proof of a carrier subscription] Issued from the customer center or homepage of the registered carrier
- File type : .zip or .pdf

3. Schedule SMS
If you set time range, message will be sent during set period.
- When time range is not set, message will be sent anytime.
