❓ What is the difference between manage worker ID and sub-account?

1. Worker ID has access to log into only Realpacking's Client program.
2. Permission control feature allows giving the individual account separate permissions to fit their role, such as permission to log into CMS to check videos, receive API, etc.

❓ I can’t find [Manage Sub-accounts] tab

1. Currently, the permission control feature is open to those who use a premium plan or up or paid a separate fee.
2. Your current plan might not support the following feature. Please feel free to contact us for any further information.

Master ID

• ID created while signing up is considered [Master ID]

• Master ID has full permission on CMS and access to the Realpacking client to record packing videos.

• When sign into web manager, click either [Sub-account ID] or [Master ID] that fits your account type.

  

Create / Manage sub-accounts

Add an account

• Location : Web Manager > Settings > Manage Sub-accounts

• Sign in with a master ID or an account that has full access.

  1. Create sub-account’s ID and password
  2. Click [next]] to proceed

  

Edit an account

• Location : Web Manager > Settings > Manage Sub-accounts

1. Click account ID to edit name and password

2. Click [Edit] button to edit permission control

3. Select checkbox and click delete button

   ❗Caution

   • ID cannot be reused
   • Generated API Key will be deleted, and it cannot be used to integrate.

Permission control

• Manage account’s permission by their role.
  • Master ID :
    • Only one master ID per account
  • Sub-account with full access :
    • Manager of the account
    • They have access to CMS and create and manage sub-accounts and their permission.
  • Sub-account :
    • Only allow to perform a job that is assigned as their permission
• There are two different categories
  • Recording type
  • CMS access

1. Full access: Full access to every CMS menu except managing master ID
2. Recording type: Permission to log into Realpacking client (Must choose the type for the sub-account)
3. CMS access: Permission to access to CMS
4. View / Full access: Sub-account can either have full access to manage CMS or only allows to view the CMS
5. Permission for video list : • All : Full access to all of the videos taken from workers • Sub-account’s videos : Access to video taken by themselves • Group’s videos : Access to videos taken by group members

Group Permission Control

• Location : Web Manager > Settings > Manage Group

• Create group in advance for your department or role.

• Sign in with a master ID or an account that has full access.

  

  1. Enter group name, and give specific permission to the group.

     

  2. Group name and its permission can be edited any time.

  3. Group can be added through Manage Sub-account or Manage Group. ❗One sub-account cannot have more than one group

     ❗When there are both individual and group permission assigned, permissions are set in the form of an aggregation.

     Ex) Individual permission (A choices) & Group permission (B choices) → A + B choices of permission

     

     

Assign sub-account to view specific videos

<aside> ℹ️ Learn how to assign a sub-account to view specific videos through permission control. Ex) Create Client A sub-account, and make them view recorded videos of their products only.

• In Permission control, you can choose specific options for [Manage Videos] and [Manage Bulk SMS.]
• Create sub-account for client. In permission control page, select [CMS access] and open Manage Videos to select [View] for video list with Sub-account’s videos
• When edit form in Manage Videos > Order List, make sure to add Client code column.
• Enter order information according to the excel form, and enter the sub-account ID on the client code column.
