Import order info via Excel

<aside> ❗ There are two methods for using Excel to import orders information:

1. Realpacking’s default form.
2. Create a tailored form that fits your own needs.

1. Upload using default form

[Web Admin > Videos > **Order List** ]

• Click [Edit] button to download the default form.

  

• Download Default template as either .csv or .xlsx format.

  

• Save the file after filling out the required fields.

  

• After file is filled out and saved, back to the Order List tab, click [Select file] and select the file just saved.

• After file is selected, click [Schedule upload] to successfully schedule order information upload.

❗ Order information can be uploaded after the video logs have been recorded, and before sending the bulk messages

2. Create Custom form

• Location: Web Admin > Videos > Order List > Edit > Create new template

1. Click [Edit] to create a new template

2. Click [Create new template] to display Edit form page.

3. Enter form title and row where data starts (number)

   

4. Select items (all of the items required) and click [>>] button to move them to “New template” (To move back a required item, select it and click [<<] button)

   

5. When form is set, click [Save Form]

   

To send international messsage, please follow these steps.

1. When entering customer’s mobile number, make sure to include +country code followed by mobile number ****(example : USA +19095555555)

   

   • International messages can be sent when the country code column is available on the Excel data.

2. If there are contry code section on your Excel file, please make sure to move Country code to New template section

   

When the form is saved, without downloading anything, you can easily select the form name that you want to use and upload an Excel file.
