Add Worker ID

• Location : Web Admin > Settings > Worker Accounts

1. Click [Add] button to add new worker ID

   

2. Enter all the information such as ID, password, name and recording type

3. Save new worker ID by clicking [Add] button

• Worker ID The ID that will be used for each specific worker

• Worker Password Worker will enter this password to sign-in on the Realpacking Recorder.

• Worker Name Statistics are saved for each worker when shooting packing videos and can be checked and managed.

• Recording Type Please select a recording type according to the working style or type required

  

General: Basic Video Recording

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Return: The recording method is the same as the General type and can be reviewed separately in the Videos > Manage Returns tab .

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan the product > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Continuous - Non-stop video recording

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > Ends recording for A and starts recording for B

Inspect (Mart) - For inspection of each product inside an order

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan the products > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

End Mapping - Save video as last scanned barcode

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > End Recording and Save video as B Barcode

1. When a worker ID is successfully added, it will appear on the Workers Account tab.
   1. Use on and off switch to activate or deactivate workers’ access.
   2. Click on Account ID to edit ID, password, account’s name, and recording type.

1. With steps above concluded, workers can login into the Realpacking Recorder using Admin ID and previously set Worker ID and password.

• Admin ID : Enter Admin ID (Created at sign up on the site)
• Worker ID
• Worker Password
