A. Download Realpacking Recorder

Download - Advanced Logistic Video Logging Solution

When the installation is complete, the Realpacking Recorder icon will be available on your desktop.

B. Launch Realpacking Recorder

1. Sign-in

<aside> ❗ Please connect the webcam and barcode scanner to the computer before opening the program.

(1) Admin ID: Enter the ID created at sign up.

(2) Worker ID: Enter the admin ID if you haven't created a worker ID yet.

(3) Worker password: Enter the password you set when you signed up or worker account password.

2. Initial Setup

<aside> ❗ After signing in, Click the [Camera Setting] button on the bottom right corner of the screen to setup basic options such as camera, resolution, etc.

C. Recording Modes

1. General mode

<aside> ❗ Scan the barcode to start the recording, and when finished packing products, scan the same barcode to end the recording.

1. Scan barcode [Start recording]
2. Scan barcode after all the packing is done [End recording]

2. Compact Mode

<aside> ❗ Compact mode (or PiP mode) minimizes the screen size. It is useful for workers who use other programs at the same time such as the Warehouse management system (WMS) on the main screen.

Recording method is same as General mode.

3. Inspection Mode

<aside> ❗ For it to work, Inspection Mode must be toggled [On] and order information previously uploaded.

▶ Options for Inspection Mode

• Location: [Admin Page > Settings > Recording Option] to set the options for Order Inspection or Product Inspection.

(1) Order Inspection: Register order information first and check it automatically when shooting.

(2) Product Inspection: Register order information + product information first, and then inspect the product for each order when shooting.

▶ Upload order information

• Location: Admin Page > Videos > Order List

(1) Upload orders information in Excel form
