Once you submit the signup form, you will receive a verification email. Please verify the email within 6 hours, as the verification link will expire after 6 hours.

2. Equipment Recommendations

<aside> ℹ️ To record video logs using Realpacking, you will need 5 pieces of equipment per packing station.

• Choose a stand that can be steadily mounted depending on your packing station.
• If the material of the mount is too thin or contains lots of joints, the webcam might wobble while recording the video.

3. Equipment Installation

<aside> ℹ️ Install necessary equipment for packing station.

1) Webcam Mount

• Securely mount the webcam-mount on the packing station by screwing clamps or screws.

• The webcam must be placed at least 1M above the packing station.

• Adjust the webcam's field of view to focus on the packing area.

2) Webcam

• Connect one end of the USB extension cable to the webcam.
• Connect the other end of the USB extension cable to the PC USB port.

3) Set Barcode Scanner

• Refer to the enclosed documentation to Enter Suffix when using the barcode scanner for the first time.
  • The setup method differs from each model. Please refer to the manufacturer for setup instructions.
  • The barcodes may not be recognized depending on the scanner settings.
  • Contact the manufacturer with a sample barcode for the setup method when the barcode scanner does not recognize your barcode.

4. Create Worker Account

<aside> ℹ️ Admin accounts can view and edit important information, such as viewing and deleting videos and making a payment. Therefore, create a worker account for recording purposes. Check out the link below on how to create and manage a worker account.

5. Download Recording Program

7. Service Payment

<aside> ℹ️ Realpacking’s global billing plan varies based on number of workers and sub-accounts, monthly footage, and more. After thorough consulting, our experts will offer the best plan that fits your needs.

Once your billing plan is finalized and an invoice is sent, you can pay and use the solution.

• When the service expires, you will not be able to record the video, and after 7 days past the expiration date, the saved video will be deleted and no longer be viewed.

8. Upload Order Information (Order Integration)

<aside> ℹ️ To use the following services, you must integrate or upload order information on CMS.

1. If you want to send a recorded video to your customers in bulk via text or email.
2. If you want to use the product inspection feature in Realpacking's recording program.

If you answered yes to either of the above, follow the instructions below to upload your order information on the CMS.

1) Upload Order Information with Excel File

• Check link below to find 2 different method to upload order information with Excel file.

  • Process the order information to fit the default Realpacking Excel form, then upload the file.
  • Create an Excel form to fit your order information, then upload the file without any changes.

2) Upload Order Information Using API

• Users with Pro Plan and above can develop order information uploading features to use.
  • The Order Registration API allows you to upload orders from your own system to the Realpacking CMS, and the relevant documentation will be delivered to you by our representative.

9. Record Video

<aside> ℹ️ Once everything is ready, it's time to record the video. Log in to the Realpacking recording program, scan the barcode, and you're ready to record video logs!

• Computer storage will not be affected much as recorded videos saved in the cloud.
